For more than thirty years, David S. Fox has engaged in the general practice of law. He has handled a wide array of matters on behalf of his clients. Attorney Fox handles all types of litigation, both criminal and civil. In addition, he has served as a mediator / arbitrator for the America Arbitration Association in both single and three member panels.

David S. Fox is admitted to practice law in both Massachusetts and Florida as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the American Bar Association.

He is also a duly licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts.
